Ashley was appointed 4 Site Security’s Services Managing Director eight months ago and knew our business well, having worked for us for five months before this as a consultant carrying out project work. He is responsible for leading 4 Site Security to deliver service excellence and commercial performance, ensuring that our 4 Site Way values are at the heart of our business decision making and relationships. One of Ashley’s key drivers for joining 4 Site Security and the thing that he most enjoys about his job is “seeing how our teams are developing in such a positive and exciting way and how their commitment to 4 Site Security makes a difference.”

Outside of work, Ashley spends a lot of time outdoors trying to improve his golf and training his lively Labradoodle. “Both could be going a lot better!,” he says.

We asked Ashley: Which celebrity would you like to meet?
Ashley explained why this would be ex-basketball champion and business man Michael Jordan: “After watching the ‘Last Dance’ documentary a couple of years ago and finding out more about Michael Jordan, I think that he would be an interesting person to meet. His winning mentality, self-motivation and commitment to hard work are really inspirational. I hadn’t fully appreciated all of his achievements before seeing this.

“Self-improvement and goal setting have always been important to me, and his famous quote really resonates: ‘The game has its ups and downs, but you can never lose focus of your individual goals and you can’t let yourself be beat because of a lack of effort’”.
